river path (02/2020)
River Path was born in a precise place: the river that runs down the valley next to my home.
Back from my excursions, I used to write down what I had perceived in a notebook of intimate music sketches.
Little by little, those usual and necessary walks, turned into a personal reflection on the magical and symbolic force of the river. A force that has always inspired all kinds of artists: eternal becoming, the existential journey, the path of one’s life...

out of the deep (03/2020)
I wrote this song several months ago when everything flowed without anxiety, while I was interested to explore the sense of loss, fear and finding a way out
Just by coincedence, it comes out now, at a time (Coronavirus time) when we all look forward to seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
It is part of "Piano Clouds Vol. V" by 1631 Recordings
travelling clouds (03/2020)
The image of Travelling Clouds is both real and symbolic: in physical reality clouds are blown by the wind and it is fascinating to observe their path, their abandonment to that flow; but they are also us, human beings, in perpetual movement, driven by the circumstances of life.
Released by Mellotrons, a divison of Ameritz Music

One for sorrow, Two for joy, Three for a girl, Four for a boy, Five for silver, Six for gold, Seven for a secret never to be told. Eight for a wish, Nine for a kiss, Ten for a bird you must not miss.

philip glass: metamorphosis I-v (09/2019)
I'm honored that my album with the Five Metamorphosis by Philip Glass, is released by Orange Mountain Music, the official label of his music based in New York.
The music of Philip Glass is just creative, that’s why it allows a deeper interaction with the listener: Glass gives us only the first input but any of us should travel a personal journey. That’s the avant-garde of his works.
I pursued a new approach to the interpretation of this masterpiece using the contemporary piano UNA CORDA mancrafted by David Klavins.
FOUR MOONS (07/2019)
A tribute for the 50° Moon Landing Anniversary.
The First Man on the Moon is one of the most important events of the past century; people from all around the world joined together to assist at it without taking care of their cultural, political, religious differences. Quoting Neil Armstrong’s words one giant leap for mankind it was able to connect people from all around the world and to exceed the space limit connecting Earth to Moon.
With this EP I celebrate the Moon - this mysterious “Lady” that keeps watching on us every night - in the four moon phases: waxing, full, waning and moonless. The warm mood of piano and strings is mixed with space sounds and space radio transmissions to create a balanced contrast between modern technology and inspirational state.
Since I was a child, I have lived in homes with plenty of antiques: furniture, paintings, books… This could be a burden for a little girl: it was like living in a museum, surrounded by enchanting objects but I could only look at them without touching and I had to be very careful! Over time I learned to love everything and in the end, it enriched my life. Antiques always have a story to tell, a memory to hand down; and moreover, they radiate a special vibration, a human vibration that is hard to find in the new objects of our digital age. We will always need this vibration and we may learn it from the past. I have a particular love for the antique photos: they were taken only in exceptional circumstances, to immortalize special moments of people’s lives. These three songs tell in music about the story of three little women seen on a daguerreotype that has strongly inspired me. I have called them Gabrielle, Juliette, and Blanchette.
where night never comes remixes (04/2019)
The story behind the songs found on my Remixes is almost the same that inspired my debut album Where Night Never Comes but using intensive electronics (not so common in my genre) I manage to make it more vivid. It is as I wrote a screenplay for each track. My main goal with Remixes was to be a musical storyteller: to make the movie scene enter in the music and not the music becomes a soundtrack.
